Regarding the Terms and Conditions for Returns
- Conditions for Accepting Returns:
We accept returns only if there is a claim of initial defects and if the request is made within 3 days of arrival.
* Regarding used items, returns due to customer preference are not accepted under any circumstances.

- Responsibility for Return Shipping and Fees:
In the case of initial defects, we will bear the cost.
For returns due to customer preference, the customer will bear the full cost.
(Only applicable to new items, used items are not eligible for returns)
